GUARD OF HONOUR FOR THE OUTGOING CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
A Tri Services Guard of Honour was accorded to the outgoing Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal WDRMJ Goonetileke RWP & bar, VSV, USP, ndc, psc at the OCDS premises.\r\n\r\nAll Officers and other ranks of the OCDS attended the event. The outgoing CDS addressed the staff of the OCDS, on conclusion of the Guard of Honour.\r\nGeneral Jagath Jayasuriya RWP VSV USP ndu psc will take over the duties as CDS on 02nd August 2013.
