The second leadership workshop for unit commanders for 2014 developed by the Intercontinental Institute of Human Resource Management under the guidance of the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff was successfully conducted from 22nd to 26th September 2014 at the Auditorium at RHQ SLAC. Senior officers from the Tri Services functioning in unit commander and equivalent appointments participated at the workshop.\r\n\r\nThe workshop focussed on problem solving & innovative thinking, communication & innovative skills, understanding the personality of the military and mapping a service delivery philosophy. It was aimed at revalidating leadership practices, adding currency and through it promoting the image of the military.
