PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION OF AUSTRALIA MEETS SRI LANKAN DEFENCE OFFICIALS AT THE OCDS
A Parliamentary Delegation of Australia led by Hon. Julie Bishop MP, Deputy Leader of Opposition met with Chief of Defence Staff Air Chief Marshal WDRMJ Goonetileke and held discussions on 31th December 2012 at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff.\r\nHon. Scott Morrison MP, Hon. Michael Keenan MP, along with the Australian High Commissioner for Sri Lanka, Her Excellency Ms. Robyn Mudie accompanied the Australian Deputy Leader of Opposition at this event. The Commander of the Navy, Inspector General of Police, Chief of National Intelligence and Deputy Director Coast Guard joined the Chief of Defence Staff at this bilateral meeting.
