Petty Officer (SBS) WMJC Weerasinghe who is in the Security Staff of Chief of Defence Staff won the Gold Medal in Man Vs Man Production Division at the Sharp Shooter 2019 Level III Championship held from 31st January to 3rd February in the Hill Country Sports Shooting Club Range, Hantane.
Petty Officer Weerasinghe belongs to the Special Boat Squadron of Sri Lanka Navy and is one of the best shooters in the Sri Lanka Navy Firing Pool.
