WORKSHOP ON COUNSELLING

Three day workshop on counseling commenced on 04th April 2013 in collaboration with the Institute of Human Resource Advancement (IHRA) at University of Colombo. The workshop focused to development a mechanism to improve mental actualization of the service personnel and to educate them in handling special mental disorder situations.

The chief of staff of the OCDS Maj Gen SAPP Samarasinghe RSP USP psc, Director General Coord - OCDS, Commodore SMDK Samaraweera RSP USP, senior officers and Dr. Rohan Perera - Director IHRA, Senior Lecturer Faculty of Management and Finance, Professor Gamini de Alwis and Mr Tharaka Edirisinghe were present at the inauguration and conclusion of the workshop.
