ADMIRAL RAVI WIJEGUNARATNE CHALLENGE TROPHY COMPETITION
Admiral Ravi Wijegunaratne Challenge Trophy to select best Sea Scout Patrol of Royal College Colombo Scout Troop was held at Sri Lanka Navy Complex, Walisara, Ragama on 21st October 2018. A day long competitions/activities on Leadership, Naval Knowledge, Knots/Splices, First Aid, Map Reading, Semaphore Signalling and Boat Handling were held to select the best Sea Scout Patrol.
This Trophy was presented by Royal College class of 80 last year in honor of their distinguished classmate Admiral Ravi Wijegunaratne, who was a President Scout and the Troop Leader in 1979. The winners were awarded with Trophy and cash prize also will be awarded in due course.
Few members of class of 80 and Naval officers attended the function.
