CDS CALLS ON HE THE PRESIDENT

The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne paid a courtesy call on the newly elected President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat on 19th November 2019.

CDS conveyed his best wishes to His Excellency on his election as the 7th Executive President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and pledged fullest assistance for the defence of the country.

CDS presented a memento to His Excellency the President in signifying the the occasion.
