CHIEF OF DEFENCE FORCES OF ROYAL THAI ARMED FORCES ARRIVED SRI LANKA
Chief of Defence Forces of Royal Thai Armed Forces, General Sommai Kaotira and a seven member delegation arrived in Sri Lanka on 26 April 2016 for a three day official visit at the invitation of the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke.\r\n\r\nThe delegation on their arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport was received by the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke and His Excellency, Noopporn Adcharivavanich, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand in Sri Lanka, \r\n\r\nThe Thai Defence Chief is scheduled to pay official calls to His Excellency the President, Prime Minister, State Minister of Defence, Secretary to the MOD and Chief of Defence Staff and also visit the Temple of Tooth Relic, Jaya Sri Maha Bodhiya and heritage sites in Anuradhapura during his stay in Sri Lanka.\r\n
