CHIEF OF STAFF SUBMARINE FORCES HEADQUARTERS RUSSIAN PACIFIC FLEET CALLS ON CDS
The Chief of Staff Submarine Forces Headquarters Russian Pacific Fleet, Rear Admiral Mikhailov Eduard Evgenievich paid a courtesy call with the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne on 21 December 2018 at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff (OCDS) at the BMICH. Captain of the 1st rank Aleksei Y. Ulyanenko; Commanding Officer of the Guided Missile Cruiser, Captain of the 2nd rank Dmitry A.Tikhomirov; Commanding Officer of the Large Anti-Submarine Ship, Sergy Alexandrovich Bondar; Captain of the Large Maritime Tanker and Colonel Denis I. Shkoda, the Military, Air & Naval Attaché to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka were also present on the occasion. A cordial discussion was held between the officials on the matters of mutual interest in the defence and security sectors. Subsequent to the discussion, mementos were exchanged signifying the occasion. \r\n
