The 'Derana ' TV '360° ' talkshaw on Monday (12) evening had Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army as its interviewee. The programme largely centered on the status quo as regards the management of COVID-19 clusters and how the future preventive mechanism would work.
