AN ENDEAVOUR TO HEAL A LIFE

A received donation of Levitrecetam medicine worth millions ceremonially distributed among the Hospitals of Tri-services and Police with the participation of senior medical officials at the Office of Chief of Defence Staff this morning (22 Dec).

The consignment of 44 pallets of Levitrecetam medicine was delivered upon the request made by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Shavendra Silva WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc MPhil from Medical Help Sri Lanka Global Project and Medical Help International - USA. This entire process was coordinated by Mr Senaka Senavirathna who is a resident of New Jersey, USA

The initial donation of 4 pallets of the bulk were allocated to the General Hospital, Colombo and another 4 pallets were dedicated for the Tri Services, and Police. The remaining 36 pallets of the medicine are scheduled to be distributed among the hospitals around the country giving priority to the neediest areas.
