THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF UNITED KINGDOM AND NORTHERN ISLAND CALLS ON CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
The High Commissioner of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island His Excellency James Dauris called on the Chief of Defence Staff General A W J C De Silva at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff this morning (28 July 2017).
During the cordial discussion, Chief of Defence Staff and the High Commissioner of United Kingdom exchanged views on the matters of bilateral interest and recalled the longstanding relations between United Kingdom and Sri Lanka.
Mr. Paul Green first Secretary of the High Commission who accompanied the HE the High Commissioner also took part in the cordial discussion.
The meeting culminated with the exchange of mementoes to mark the visit.
