MILITARY, AIR & NAVAL ATTACHÉ TO THE EMBASSY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN SRI LANKA CALLS ON CDS
Colonel Denis I. Shkoda, the new Military, Air & Naval Attaché to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call with the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne on 04th September 2018 at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff (OCDS) at the BMICH. A cordial discussion was held between the officials on the matters of mutual interest in the defence and security sectors. Subsequent to the discussion, mementos were exchanged signifying the occasion.
