NETHERLANDS AMBASSADOR TO SRI LANKA CALLS- ON CDS

The newly appointed Netherlands Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Her Excellency Mrs. Tanja Gonggrijp made her maiden visit to the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff today (05 September) and paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Admiral RC Wijegunaratne, together with the Defence Attaché Captain (N) Peer Tas.

A cordial discussion was held between the officials on matters of mutual interest in the defence and security sectors.

Subsequent to the discussion, mementos were exchanged signifying the occasion.
