NEW INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE CALLS ON CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
\r\nMr. Pujith Jayasundara, who assumed Office as the thirty fourth (34th) Inspector General of Police on 20th April 2016 paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke on 14th June 2016.\r\n\r\nAir Chief Marshal Gunatilleke extending a warm welcome engaged in a cordial discussion with Mr. Jayasundara. IGP was introduced to the Director Generals and Directors of the OCDS by the Chief of Defence Staff.\r\n\r\nThe Police Chief left a complimentary remark in the Visitors ' Book and he presented a memento to mark the occasion which was reciprocated by the Chief of Defence Staff.\r\n
