PAKISTAN HIGH COMMISSIONER CALLS ON CDS

The Pakistan High Commissioner in Sri Lanka His Excellency Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat called on the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff (OCDS) today (24th July).

Admiral Wijegunaratne expressed his gratitude to His Excellency Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat for the diligent support being extended in reinforcing the bilateral defence relations and cooperation between the two states.

His Excellency Dr. Shahid Ahmad Hashmat also expressed his gratitude to the CDS and Sri Lanka Armed Forces for close cooperation in defence related matters between two countries.

Subsequent to the discussion held, mementos were also exchanged in signifying the occasion.
