SECRETARY TO THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE VISITS OFFICE OF THE CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
The Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Eng. Karunasena Hettiarachchi visited the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff on 23rd February 2016.
Upon arrival at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff, Engineer Hettiarachchi was received by the Chief of Defence Staff, Air Chief Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke, the Chief of Staff, Major General Lasantha Wickramasuriya and the Director Generals.
The Secretary was briefed on the organization and functions of the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff by Director Operations Brigadier DMDCD Gunawardena. During the visit the Secretary addressed the officers of the OCDS. This was followed by a tour of the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff.
