Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Air Chief Marshal Kolitha A Gunatilleke, the highest ranking military officer in the Sri Lankan Armed Forces relinquished duties as the Chief of Defence Staff this morning (15th June 2017). \r\n\r\nHe was accorded a Tri Services Guard of honour at MOD premises. The Chief of Defence Staff was accompanied by Director General Coordinating Air Vice Marshal AH Wijesiri and Tri Services senior officers also attended.
