TURKISH MILITARY ATTACHÉ CALLS-ON CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
The Turkish Military Attaché in India accredited to Sri Lanka, Colonel Kemal Kahraman made a call on to the Chief of Defence Staff(CDS) Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff(OCDS) today (01st February, 2018). Colonel Kemal is currently in the island on an official invitation to attned the 70th Independence Day celebrations. A cordial discussion was held between Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne and Colonel Kemal Kahraman on matters of mutual interests. Mementos were also exchanged during the occasion. Colonel Kemal is an experienced infantry officer of the Turkish Army, having served on both operational and staff appointments. Further, he has served in United Nations Peace Keeping Missions in Albania, Georgia and Ukraine.
