US DEFENCE ATTACHÉ PAYS COURTESY CALL ON CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
The outgoing Senior Defence Official and Defence Attaché of USA in Sri Lanka, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Knox Ross paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Defence Staff, General A W J C De Silva at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff this morning (12 July 2017) along with the newly appointed Defence Attaché Lieutenant Colonel Douglas Hess. During the cordial discussion, Defence Attachés and the Chief of Defence Staff exchanged views on the matters of bilateral interest and recalled the longstanding relations between USA and Sri Lanka. The Defence Attachés were presented with mementos by the Chief of Defence Staff to mark the visit.
