ZIMBABWE NATIONAL DEFENCE UNIVERSITY DELEGATION CALLS ON CHIEF OF DEFENCE STAFF
A twenty-six member military delegation representing the Zimbabwe National Defence University paid a courtesy call to the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Admiral Ravindra C. Wijegunaratne on Wednesday (04 July, 2018) at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff (OCDS) at BMICH.
Air Vice Marshal Michael Tedzani Mayo heads the military delegation currently in Sri Lanka on an educational tour from 01 to 07 July, 2018.
Chief of Defence Staff extended greetings to the 26 member military delegation and exchanged views on the prospects of defence cooperation among the respective armed forces. The call-on culminated with an exchange of mementos between the officials.
The courtesy call was followed by a brief presentation on the Defence establishment in Sri Lanka and the Humanitarian Operation conducted.
